Dr. Britta Papay is Executive Partner of INSEMACO® Recruiting & Executive Search Consultants GmbH & Co. KG and your contact person at the Hamburg office.

She studied law at the Universitá degli Studi in Milan and completed her studies with a doctorate in international criminal procedure law. After a two-year study visit to Oxford, UK, she moved to Hamburg in the early 90s.

Dr. Britta Papay has been working as an independent systemic consultant/therapist, coach and mediator for seven years. Prior to that, she worked for twelve years in well-known American, Italian and German consulting and industrial companies, in group controlling, as legal counsel in the field of trademark protection law and in risk management. She began her professional career in an American auditing firm (Big Four), for which she worked for five years as audit manager.

She understands good counselling and coaching as accompanying people to find the solution within themselves by activating their own resources as well as resilience training. For her, successful mediation and conflict resolution mean appreciating and preserving the values of all parties involved.

Her qualifications and experience from internationally successful companies and her work as a systemic consultant and coach make Dr. Britta Papay a highly competent partner in assessing the fit of specialists and managers for vacant positions in executive search.
